Tucked into the Surfside Shores neighborhood on the Fort Morgan peninsula, The Salty Coconut was taken down to the studs and rebuilt in 2021 with high-end finishes throughout. The open-concept kitchen and living area is where everyone lands — stainless appliances, a herringbone backsplash, and enough seating that no one has to eat standing up.
The king master suite has its own ensuite with a soaking tub and opens to a private deck made for sunset. A ground-level queen studio with its own kitchenette and mini-split gives grandparents or a couple their own quiet corner, and the bunk room sleeps the kids in two twin-over-full bunks. Multiple decks, a wooded private lot, and room to park the boat round it out.
And yes — the golf cart is included. It is the easiest way to run down to the beach access or cruise the neighborhood after dinner.
